Health Group Home Care is a Minnesota homemaker services provider built around one belief: people do better in the homes they know, with help they trust. For over a decade, we've helped families across the Twin Cities metro stay safely and proudly in place.

Our story

Where it started

Health Group Home Care began with a simple frustration: care coordinators were spending too much time chasing down homemaker providers, and clients were getting bounced between vendors for what should be one continuous plan of care. We set out to be the provider that just works â enrolled where it counts, easy to refer to, and reliable once the work begins.

More than ten years later, that's still the whole job. We accept every major Minnesota HCBS waiver, offer all three homemaker service levels, and put a real coordinator on every referral so nothing falls through the cracks.
